Happy birthday to artist Gary Dumm (born Dec. 7, 1947)! From Dr. Wirtham's Comix & Stories #7/8 (a "flip book" with each half of the issue assigned a different cover number), "Shooty Beagle Goes to the Mall." Story and art by Greg Budgett and Gary Dumm. (I don't know how much each collaborator contributed to the script; as for the art, Budgett penciled and Dumm inked.)
