Swamp Thing #56: Remembering Alfredo Alcala's Birthday

Today would be the 95th birthday of artist Alfredo Alcala (born Aug. 23, 1925). I've already posted all the nude panels I've found that were drawn entirely by Alcala (I'm sure there's probably more material, but this and this were the only ones I have on hand), so here's a story that he inked: From Swamp Thing #56; story by Alan Moore, art by Rick Veitch & Alfredo Alcala. Transported to a distant, uninhabited planet, Swamp Thing's loneliness drives him to create a duplicate of Abby out of the local plant life.
