From Penthouse Men's Adventure Comix #5, "Salem." Script uncredited (the credits were left off of the opening page--with most Penthouse comic stories, I'd normally presume it was by George Caragonne & Tom Thornton, but this was one of the issues right after Caragonne's death, so I don't know whether they were wrapping up the last plots that Caragonne left behind or using a new writer to take the feature in another direction).
