Commissioned Conan Illustration: Remembering Tony DeZuniga's Birthday

Today would be the 87th birthday of the great artist Tony DeZuniga (born Nov. 8, 1932). Reposting from the old Tumblr site: A commissioned drawing (originally posted on the Comic Art Fans website) by Tony DeZuniga, re-interpreting the splash page of Savage Sword of Conan #40 (which was originally penciled by John Buscema and inked by DeZuniga, as seen in this post from a few days ago). (This re-creation pastes in the text from the original story, including the original credits of Buscema & DeZuniga, even though this version was drawn entirely by DeZuniga.)
