Today would be the 103rd birthday of cartoonist Bill Wenzel (born Jan. 22, 1918). From the Fantagraphics anthology collection The Pin-Up Art of Bill Wenzel...while most of Wenzel's cartoons were simply teasingly risque, these are the few cartoons in the collection to incorporate actual nudity.
