From Penthouse Comix #29, "Raging Rod"; this episode has a somewhat unusual division of labor: Dave Johnson wrote the story and penciled most of the characters, Michael Avon Oeming inked Johnson's pencils, and the character of Bealzebella was drawn by Kevin Nowlan throughout the story.
